ask for an estimate not service to change drip for standup sprayer. I have used this company for years and they used to be very good. Robert did a great job taking care of his clients. Poor company now. $110 for an estimate that is crazy.

Tony was great! Very efficient and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Showed me how to use my Rainbird controller in a way that was easy for me to understand. So pleased with all he did. Dalton showed up on time and quickly got to work identifying the condition of the system. There were 6 nozzles and 5 heads broken.

Excellent! Tony, the technican, explained why I was having a problem with certain sprinkler heads in my yard and made suggestions to remedy. He was very professional and explained why each of the heads needed to be replaced.

Claimed Online Deal for Complete Sprinkler System Tune-Up. Contacted Company to scheduled Appointment. They answered promptly and was cordial. I was politely informed they could not do work for the following reason. Work was unable to be completed due to Company decreasing their Service Area due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic. Angies List was contacted in order to aid in the updating the Contractor Record for this company. I would hire this Company if I was in their Service Area.

Chilo and Brandon arrived right on schedule. They did a phenomenal job in assessing all of my needs and addressing each and every one, explaining, in detail, what they were fixing or updating. I am extremely happy with the work they performed and will definitely have them out on a regular basis to keep my system in peak condition.

Very well. Was a 2 week wait to get a service appt, but for once the “if a cancellation happens we’ll fit you in” list came through and he got out to my house a day early (and it’s been hot so everyday mattered to start watering again). He replaced transformer with new one that fit inside control box to prevent another accident and then spent over 30 min with me teaching me all the controls again, adjusting my program to better help my foundation, walked each zone with me during test Function to show me what to look for on my own in the future and adjusted sprinkler heads as well as ensured my wtaer sensor was still functioning properly and how to use that as well. Extremely happy for the knowledge he shared and repair work he did.

The team did great! Called to let me know they were in their way. Showed up a little early and performed all the checks and maintenance in a timely manner. Couldn’t be happier.

During the install, Aquamax dug through marked utility lines in our yard. We had to get a company out to rerun the lines they cut. They offered no reimbursement for the problems. They also spent several days instead of a single day installing the system. A year and a half later, we had high water bills for 2 months. We hired a plumber to investigate, and the plumber diagnosed the problem as an incorrectly installed sprinkler tie-in to the main water line. He said it wasn't a malfunction but an improper installation. We are out of pocket money to the city for the extra water as well as the cost of the plumber. Aquamax only warranties the parts and labor if they diagnose and fix the system themselves. They also will not reimburse for wasted water as a result of installation issues. Additionally, several of our plants have died to due lack of water where the drip lines were installed. I'm not sure what's wrong with them, but something is not configured properly.

We had this done around 2012 and have had virtually no issues. I called once about seeming malfunction, but from their advise it actually was nothing significant and they didn’t even have to return. System is reliable and I really like that when your car tires roll over a sprinkler head location, they flex and don’t break. Forgot how much I paid, but it was money well spent (about 7 years ago). Would use them again.

Joe came out and gave me a verbal estimate for a large amount of work I needed done. I was interested, but when I called for a written estimate to go ahead with the work, the company never answered the phone, and did not reply to phone messages. I sent a written message via the form on their website, and that was never answered, either. Wasted over a month of time, and lost the planting window.

Aquamax quickly diagnosed the problem, a sprinkler pipe that another contractor busted and tried to fix with the wrong material. They showed up early and fixed the problem in under an hour.

Chris was punctual and called before he came. He was very efficient & solved some minor issues. He was very personable and gave me good advice about maintaining the system and good watering habits. HIghly recommend.

Aquamax did a great job of installing our new sprinkler. It was done in one day. The owner Robert stayed in contact during the process. We had sod installation done afterwards by another company, and they broke one of the heads, and he sent someone over that same day to repair it at no cost! I highly recommend this company. I had also used them in a prior home. Great job and service.

Bought the service via Angies and was contacted via email the following day. I was able to schedule the work the next week. The folks were prompt and cleaned and adjusted including repairing a sprinkler head in no time.

I used someone else. Although I ended up using another company, Aquamax was very responsive with their emails. I just found a better and more convenient option, nothing negative about Aquamax.
